While sitting back quiet sometimes I have noticed that some people are not taking advantage of the style of learning that was introduced to us in the beginning of the year. It seemed the first day of school when we were asked the question do you want to learn by the book or learn in a whole new different way if your up for it and being able to choose how to be taught was so astonishing I don’t think that in all of the years that I have been in school have gotten the opportunity to have. So now that the school year is almost to its end the students in my class are still dumbfounded still even though we have been in the class all y

Does any one know how to contact a animal behaviorist  😩😩

We eat social media for breakfast

What is social media, well social media is " websites and applications that enable users to create and share content or to participate in social networking " I was always told that social media is good and bad. I always wondered why it was so bad. I asked my parents and they said it was bad because we are always in it and that's what we all day and we do t do anything else beside be on social media. I had to agree with them because I did notice that mostly every teenager is on social media . Why is social media so addicting? Do we go on social media cause everyone is on it? Do we just want to fit in and be on social media and try to keep up with the latest? These are some questions that I want to know.    Popular social medias are Snapchat, Facebook, twitter, and instagram. These social media are used to describe or show what we are currently doing or thinking. But I social means the Interacting  with other people by sharing information with them and receiving infor

Ignite talk

My master piece topic is on animal behavior and if there behavior may depend on our emotions. The things I did on my topic was I did research and I tried a experiment with my pig that I'm showing for the fair and I tested out if animals can see or react to our facial expressions which I read they could so u was curious to see if that was true and after experimenting I find out that is true which I found mind blowing. The thing I learned over the the break was that  animals can react to our facial expressions but I don't really know for sure if animals behavior depending on our emotions. By seeing what my topic is and this class I don't think they are connected. The next thing that I plan on doing next is try to talk to a person who studies ethology or a animal behaviorist.

About my Master piece topic posts

Spring break post #2

Image
today I was with my pig and seeing that I read an article saying that animals could read our body language and facial expressions so I was curious to test it out with my pig. So I feed him and cleaned his pen and then was making a really silly face at my pig and he looked at me weird at first then I naked a sad face and he laid down then I decided to try it one more time and I could decide what to do next and I just start laughing and my pig gets happy wags his tell runs and jumps a little and making this weird barking noise and come up to and just rubs his nose on me and at that point I kind of believed that animals can react with the emotions your feeling

Spring break post

today I went internet surfing for my topic and I found out that  dogs could read our body language and facial expressions and sometimes depending how we act they might act the same which I think is pretty unique. https://www.doghealth.com/how-and-why/how-dogs-sense-emotions

Masterpiece Academy Topic

My topic is on animal behavior and how each animal has different behaviors even the animal that are close species. I always wondered if animals have the same emotions as we do like sadness, anger etc. I also wondered if animals react to our emotions or our actions and reflect on them as well.  I have read articles on animal behavior and the  study of  animal behavior  begins with understanding how an  animal's  physiology and anatomy are integrated with its  behavior . Also that that both there external and external stimuli prompt there behaviors as well as the weather. Lately I've been just seeing that every one is says that animals do have emotions. But I haven't seen if animals react differently depending on our emotions that my real question.

My currents thoughts

Well I thought that it was about time that I blogged about something other than assignments to spruce up my blog or attempt to because I feel like its a little boring and I don't want people to think that...so I am trying to figure out what to say this might take some time to get used to. So lately I have been competing in competions for FFA its for floral and I am kind of nervous because there is state finals coming up and I just end up doubting myself about trying to do my best and not get in my head as much and fun but there's always that thought am I going to screw this up and our team not place. But so far we have done good in past competions for instance when we went to Hartnell which was Salinas,Ca our team got first and third which I know is good and besides who doesn't want to get first. Then the next completion came and it was in Arbuckle and we ended uo getting first which was good then came UcDavis and in that competition we got sixth. Well during at Davis I not

Montag still cares for mildred because he still loves genuinlly her no matter how she is and he is a loyal person to her. In the book the hands represent the personality of each character I still don't fully understand how all I remember is that the hand represent each of the characters personalities. 4. granger remembrance of his grandfather of what his grandfather did  not how he was. 5. three seconds is "all the time in history"because it only takes three seconds and everything could change in an intant for example it could be all nice and a great day and in just three seconds that could all change and be the totally op

What I see in literature

while I was  scrolling through prufrock and the Great Gatsby looking for examples of imagery in both of them I came across eight I had four in the prufrock and four in the great Gatsby but as I was reading them over I dint know which one was the best ones. I was asked to pick 3 to 5 examples of imagery and explain how the 3 to 5 explain the themes of the two the great Gatsby and prufrock but to be totally honest I have a very slim understanding of the two so im going to try to the best I possibliy can. So the one I came across in prufrock was " the yellow smoke that rubs its muzzle on the window panes" , "scutting across the floors of silent seas" , "to have squeezed the universe into a ball" , "combing the white hair of the waves blown back" so my understanding of prufrock is that there is this guys he is insecure about himself and he is afraid to be loved so he is lonely. I think that a perfect example of imagery would be " scutting across

Prufrock by t.s Elliott

i don't know what to think about Elliott's "love sing" I kind of found his song king of depressing. Why did the man in the love song not be loved was he afraid of getting his great broken or was he that insecure that he didn't want to have love in his life and go on living with out someone not that's just sad.  I don't think that he was afraid to be love I think that he was just so insecure about his appearance that he just didn't go with it but knowing that you don't love your appearance or anything about yourself then he should just done something  differently. I don't think I'd consider this proem a love song. I would consider it a tragedy honestly unless I got the wrong impression then I'm sorry that I misunderstood It that how I personally interpreted the song.

Sarcratic seminar

Elias was saying something very interesting when he said how can you deifique succes in this culture which I do believe is true. But I think if u believe if you succeed in something you struggled and you worked for it and and you ended up doing well now that is succes but everyone has a different definition of success. But I want to know ick was representing in the story cause everyone else is in a higher class and nick seems like he is more in one of our class. Which I guess makes want to understand how the other are knowing his class. Lol right when I was typing it someone asked the same question.

Chapter 7 gatsby notes

Si far in the story gatsby wants daisy to tell tom that she never loved him. Then nick is hilusionatingabout gatsby. "Her voice is full of money" was used to describe daisy I think it means that all she thinks about is money. Is daisy a gold digger ?  Tom has an idea what daisy and gatsby are up to when gatsby and daisy are in the same car and Tom nick and Jordan are in the same car. I wonder if daisy will ever tell tom the truth or keep her affair a secret for a while.

Great gatsby chapter 6 notes

the rumors of Gatsby continue. Gatsby was born as James gays on a North Dakota farm.Nick sees neither Gatsby or daisy for several weeks.

Great gatsby chapter 5

Nick had just came back from his date with Jordan where he is surprised to see that Gatsby mansion lit up brightly. Then he realizes that he wants him to have a tea party and invite daisy . Then Gatsby cuts nicks grass and he also offered nick money  by joining him in some business he does on the other side. Then he told Gatsby that he would have the tea with daisy. When Gatsby sees daisy he is nervous and it seems kind of awkward

Great gatsby notes chapter 4

Gatsby tells nick about his past and how he claims to be  a son of wealthy parents that were from the Midwest. Gatsby also tells Nick his accomplishments  where he said that he was an oxford man and collected jewels from the capitols of Europe and awarded metals in WW1. Then Gatsby takes nick to introduce him to wolfshiem. After he had lunch in New York nick meses Jordan where he tells nick about her mysterious conversation with Gatsby at the party.

Chapter 3 notes

in chapter three it ontoroduces jay gatsby a party. He throws a ver huge party for the rich people. Most of the people seemed to be having fun and they seemed to be drunk but also alert. If I were there I'd imagine that it would be loud with its own orchestra and a lot of champagne and a lot a large staircase in the middle and people would be talking  with a glass of champagne. In gatsby party people seem to be talking and they seem to be talking but not really listening they seem to be acting like they are listening and just nodding their heads with the other person not realizing. It seems to be an good party  so far.

The great gatsby quiz #1

1.a 2.d 3.c 4.d 5.c 6.a 7.c 8.a 9.c 10.d

Gatsby chapter 2 notes

So far in chapter two nick is meeting tons mistress. Toms mistress seems to be a mechanic and a thick person. But when Tom goes with nick to see his mistress Rom seems to be drunk so right now he seems like a snobby person with a lot of attitude. Then there's myrtle the mechanics wife who is like Daisy  so tom seems to be a racists and an alcoholic.

Great Gatsby notes 2

So far I get the sense that daisy is never a happy person. Then as the story went on tom seems like a a snobby racists that always liked to be right. I found out that Tom has a girl that he's cheating with in New York. Why is tom cheating does he feel like daisy isn't enough. Then again daisy seems so boring cause she's always so sad and doesn't like doing anything. They have a two year old kid and she doesn't even like talking about her kid. When daisy had her child she asked if she her child was a girl or boy and it was a girl and she looked away and said "all right I'm glad it's a girl and I hope she'll be a fool - that's the best thing a girl can be in this world a beautiful little fool." Why does she call her little girls a fool did she not want to have a kid then why proceed which her pregnancy. Honestly what is wrong with this woman and what made her this way?

great gatsby notes

F.scott Fitzgerald wanted to write something simple but good. He said that the great gataby that everyone that read the book will interpret and imagine different things while reading it . When he wrote the book he was writing it so that they could read it on the beach not in school. Epiagraph is a quote that is in the beginning of the chapter tells about what we're about to read. I. The story the man had a great relationship with his father and he was a quite person and everyone would tell him stories sense he was quite. In the book he said "two old friends whom I scarcely knew at all." which may mean that they may have changed over time so what they may have been like is not necessarily how they are now .

Music as literature

Can we consider music to be literature? I've been asked that question lately and I honestly do think that music is like literature especially how music is composed  it is like creating a poem.  I also think that making music is like a poem in a sense it takes a lot of thought to create music. Literature is defined as a collective work of culture that is also a imaginative creating writing especially of recongnized artistic value. The difference between a novel ,a poem, a rap , an opera and symphony is that in literature you use your creativity that allows you the ability to bring something that no one has ever read.
